Sustainability Consultant (BREEAM Qualified)

My client is a leading mechanical, electrical, and environmental design consultancy based in Birmingham. Who delivers innovative energy, sustainability, and building services solutions across a wide range of developments. As their environmental and sustainability team continues to grow, they're looking for an experienced BREEAM Assessor to join.
The Role
You'll take responsibility for delivering BREEAM assessments from concept through completion, as well as contributing to CEEQUAL, HQM, WELL, and Fitwel assessments. The role will also involve sustainability analysis, Net Zero advice, Embodied Carbon Life Cycle Assessments, and Pre/Post Occupancy Evaluations.
Essential Criteria

Qualified BREEAM Assessor with relevant professional memberships

Degree (or equivalent) in Environmental/Sustainability discipline

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational and time-management abilities

Full UK driving licence
Desirable Criteria
-
Experience with other environmental assessment methods (WELL, CEEQUAL, LEED, HQM)

Knowledge of sustainable design principles and emerging technologies

A proactive, collaborative team player
